Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT. If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU, you may provide your VAT number to have VAT removed from your invoices.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused periods.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, email billing@axiastats.com.
If you exceed your plan's pageview limit in a given month, we will notify you. We will not automatically charge you for overages. Your options will be to upgrade your plan or have data collection paused until the next billing cycle.
You retain full ownership of all analytics data collected through your AxiaStats account. We process this data solely to provide you with the Service.

The AxiaStats name, logo, website design, and proprietary software are our intellectual property. The underlying analytics engine is based on Umami, an open-source project licensed under the MIT licence.
You grant us a limited licence to process and display your analytics data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have materially breached these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow you to export it, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
